Here’s the process:

Once you agree to selling your property, we will run due diligence on the land.

(This process checks for backtaxes, liens & encumbrances and also ensures there’s proper access.)

If anything affects the offer, we’ll discuss it with you clearly.

Next, once we’ve agreed on a price, we will go ahead and get started on preparing the purchase documents & deed.

After that, you’ll sign and notarize the deed. (online, locally, or via mobile notary)

And once the deed is notarized, we will issue you the payment.
